Each of the two or three bedroom apartment is beautifully decorated, totally furnished and equipped with all modern appliances. In addition to a veranda in the living room, the master bedroom has its own bathroom. Each apartment is fully furnished with Cable TV, telephone, air-conditioning and heating.

The spacious bedrooms and lounge areas feature wood paneling, tiled flooring, and large opening windows with blackout drapes and day curtains. Authentic Thangka paintings and Nepalese cultural icons decorate the walls. The kitchens are equipped with microwave, gas cooker, toaster, mixers, utensils, cutlery, fridge, and electric water cooler. There are two bathroom in each apartment, with western style toilets, tiled shower, bathtub and 24-hour instant hot water and fresh towels.
